Previously, he worked in the Operations Procurement Department at CSX Transportation. In this role, he oversaw a $50 million book of business with key business partners including CSX technology, financial systems, and public safety departments. Ken was also a successful entrepreneur, launching and selling what has become the premier marine construction company in the Metropolitan Washington area. Ken served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years, with posts in Washington DC, Camp Lejeune, and in Okinawa, Japan. He also spent several years working for the federal government in Iraq and at the Pentagon. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Florida, graduating in May 2024. Prior to joining Springtech, Ross gained hands-on experience at a local web development company, where he contributed to the development of a geolocation tracking web application starting in April 2024. During this time, he worked with technologies such as TypeScript, REST APIs, database management, and quality assurance, while also enhancing user interfaces.
